Choosing the right policy option in a world of infinite disorder

Welcome
The old powers (also known as the victors of WW2) dismantled their empires in 1945 because they supposed that the weak things of the world could no longer frustrate them or nullify them. The constant wars that have swept the world since 1945 tell a different story.
The Center for Modernity Planning and Assessment is a small for-profit organization that aim to become a forum for thoughtful debate and principled dialogue on modernity and international affairs. The Center showcases books and papers published by the Center for the sole purpose of permitting the heirs of the old powers (i.e., the families/dynasties that control and command the international order and the money supply of the world) to browse through them to gage whether or not the work of state and non-state actors is solidifying their power or if it is weakening their strength and accelerating their reversal to a simpler form, just as happened to the families/dynasties who were controlling the Roman Empire after Christianity was politicized.
The Center also offers heads of state, executives of large financial institutions, senior civil or military aides (i.e., the servants of the heirs of the old powers) coaching on behavior and conduct in government so their masters (the heirs of the old powers) keep them in power, and citizens do not withdraw their obligations to obey them.

The evil and godless age that has emerged in the world since 1945 is due to the victors of WW2 (i.e., the heirs of the old powers) testing with political and economic solutions to rejuvenate their power that their fathers (the old powers) did not counsel them to experiment with to keep on transforming the conditions and outcomes that matter to them despite the resistance of others. The decision of the heirs of the old powers to let non-state actors such as the international intergovernmental organization named the United Nations become economic operators just as governments already are is an irreparable flaw in the international postwar world order that is not possible to correct without the heirs of the old powers engulfing the world in a new global war and then counting on its outcome hopefully being in their favor, thus enabling them to continue to write the world history, as their fathers did in the aftermath of WW1 and WW2.
Throughout history, kings who supposed that they were far superior in might to their fathers and, thus, deviated away from what their fathers counselled them to observe to keep their dominant role discovered that their defiance was detrimental later.
If the heirs of the old powers continue to be stubborn and not mind that their critical thinkers and servants (governments and international institutions) are regarding themselves exempt from the appeal suggested in the UN Charter or the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, then the anarchy that is sweeping the world could be a prelude to a global war or a social revolution in which the wealthy could end up as the ones who would be paying the heaviest price as a result of its negative consequence if and when it occurs.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Wealthy people, who believe that the political and economic choices that the heirs of the old powers and the critical thinkers and servants (governments and international institutions) are legitimizing are conducing the world toward a total failure of governance, are invited to finance the Center to implement awareness projects intended to redirect the heirs of the old powers to building the international rule-based postwar world order that their fathers (the old powers) initially suggested. In this way save whatever power, status, and wealth is still left to be saved from the power, wealth and status that the heirs of the old powers enjoyed initially but most importantly, save the power, wealth, and status of the wealthy people who would partner with the Center before it is too late. The minimum donation is $10 million.
