FIFA is the international governing body of association football. FIFA’s membership comprises 211 national football associations. The United Nations is the intergovernmental organization whose stated purpose is to maintain international peace and security. The United Nations membership comprises 193 UN member states.

FIFA and the United Nations are both providing efforts to help people develop friendly relations. The only difference is that one legal entity fulfills its objectives in a boundary (playfield) that is rectangular in shape called a pitch. The size of the pitch is 45m x 90m. The United Nations fulfills its objective in a pitch (playfield) whose boundaries are the size of the earth.

Let the word “elites” refer to the families/dynasties who control the nations that won WW2. In other words, the “elites” or “the families/dynasties who control the nations that won WW2” are the powerful families/dynasties who control the international order or the money supply of the world. That is to say, all the nations and peoples of every language dread and fear those powerful families/dynasties. Let the word “victors of WW2” refer to the old powers (i.e., the western European monarchs and republics). In other words, the old powers (i.e., the western European monarchs and republics) are the monarchs and republics who the powerful families/dynasties use to administer the international order. Let the word “United States” refer to the global policemen of the world. In other words, the United States is the nation that enforces the standards, norms, and rules that the victors of WW2 posit and legitimize on behalf of the powerful/family dynasties that control the international order or the money supply of the world. Let the word “United Nations” refer to the legal entity that the powerful families/dynasties who control the nations that won WW2 and the families/dynasties that control the western European monarchs and republics (the victors of WW2) and the families/dynasties that control the United States (the global policemen) use in partnership with five permanent members of the UN Security Council, the UN System, non-state actors, and international institutions such as the World Bank, IMF, NATO, EU, Red Cross, and so on, and UN member states to achieve implicit and explicit gains.

All eyes these days are on the 2022 World Cup, which is being organized in Qatar and is due to end on 18 December 2022.

Indeed, the excitement of the fans during the matches and the parallel celebrations or the get-togethers that are happening in Qatar and in some parts of the world these days can make some of us go back in time and draw parallels with how our predecessors were perhaps living in France and in the rest of the western European countries from 1871 till the outbreak of WW1 in 1914, which historians refer to as the Belle Epoque (Beautiful Epoch).

I have no way of knowing if the rulers and political class (judges and law enforcement agents) who were governing during the Belle Epoque (Beautiful Epoch) period in Europe or elsewhere were threatening each other as most rulers and political classes are doing since 1945, thus making it very difficult to see how all the intimidation and retaliation that are being played out do not lead to the same atrocities that our predecessors lived through during WW1 or WW2. Furthermore, every time a scandal occurs, the solution is to call for the creation of a new legal entity or body to improve transparency, thus worsening peace and security in the world.

The good news is, if the world becomes engulfed in a new global war in the near future, we cannot say that we were not warned in advance about it. For example, on 07 December 2022, while fans were jumping up and down following the 2022 World Cup games being played on the 45m x 90m pitch (play field), which FIFA and the Qatari football association are exercising control over in these Cup games, another game was being played out on the pitch (play field), which the United Nations fulfills its objective on (i.e., the whole earth minus the 45m x 90m pitch that FIFA controls). The BBC published an article that alleged that Vladimir Putin said that “the threat of a nuclear war was rising but insisted Russia had not gone mad and would not use its nuclear weapons first.”

Indeed, when we make a comparison between how fans were in Qatar jumping up and down and having fun in the days leading to 07 December 2022, or have been doing since, and how the reaction of people has been to the revelation that Vladimir Putin has made in the pitch (field of play) that he and the rest of the UN member states are playing in its space (i.e., the earth minus 45 m x 90 m) and the United Nations (i.e., the elites, the victors of WW2, the global policemen of the world, the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, the UN System, non-state actors, and international institutions such as the World Bank, IMF, NATO, EU, Red Cross, and so on, and UN member states) is in charge of making sure that those players (UN member states) play in accordance with the rules contained in the UN charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), we find that human worth stopped being really fully important to all of them.

In other words, if people around the world are not complaining or expressing fear and distress at the burden that can strike mankind if the parallel game that the families/dynasties who are now playing (fighting) in Ukraine to determine who could exercise control over this country use weapons that combine enormous destructiveness (i.e., to make the weakest consider the opinion of the fittest), then this apathetic attitude must be universal. In my opinion, this motive is due mainly to the rise of awareness and knowledge among the people. In other words, when people’s awareness and knowledge rise, people become aware that law and political order are not natural but human creations. Most importantly, people realize that the political order that rulers and the political class are positing and enforcing is simply a means towards an end (i.e., to benefit the individuals involved). Therefore, as people’s distrust with rulers and political class rises, people’s empathy declines. The more people become disinterested in making an emotional investment to attain the goal that rulers and the political class posit and legitimize, the more people’s unpreparedness to be involved to achieve common goals rises. If, as I showed in 2005 using abstract mathematics, whenever awareness and knowledge in the world rise, crises and conflicts reciprocally rise and not the other way around (which is what the United Nations thinkers, executives, or officials believe), then the outrageous acts that our predecessors who were living in the Belle Epoque (Beautiful Epoch) stumbled upon and endured during WW1 are hypothetical events that mankind would not be able to avoid re-stumbling upon in the future if the elites continue to let the victors of WW2 (the old powers); the global policemen of the world (the United States); the five permanent members of the UN Security Council; the UN System (plus non-state actors and international institutions such as the World Bank, IMF, NATO, EU, and so on); and UN member states (i.e., governments) regard themselves exempt from observing the work program that the founding fathers of the UN counseled the powerful families/dynasties who control the nations that won WW2 to make sure that everyone obeys to keep their dominant role and ensure lasting peace (i.e., create ordered relations).

On the other hand, “All Eyes on Me” are the lyrics of a song that American songwriter Bo Burnham composed. Burnham suggests in this song to forget what others say about the “ocean’s rising” or that the “whole world is ending” because “it already did,” and most importantly, “to not overthink this,” because “the water’s fine” or who “gives a shit” if it wasn’t.

What Burnham suggested in the lyrics of his song makes lots of sense. Why give a damn if the ocean water rises or the whole world ends, especially since “we’re going to go where everybody knows,” as the anaphora of his song states?

I have no way of knowing if the elites share the same attitude about the issues mentioned in Burnham’s song or if they take them (the issues) seriously. In other words, if the elites are worried about the threats that could confront them, they could make people agree to let them have more power than others if the ocean’s water rises or the world ends (i.e., a hypothetical future event that would damage human well-being on a global scale). This is because if people refuse to voluntarily let the elites have more power than them after the ocean’s water rises or the world ends (i.e., if corruption and betrayal in the world continue to rise and trust declines), then all the standards, norms, and rules that the elites and their fathers and forefathers began to legitimize (since the middle of the second millennium) so no rivaling family/dynasty strips them of their wealth, status, and power would have been carried out in vain.

Obviously, the elites do not have to worry about their wealth, power, or status getting stripped away from them if the ocean waters rise or the whole world ends (i.e., a hypothetical future event that would destroy human civilization). First, the knowledge to shelter in an ark similar to the one that Noah and his family sheltered in until the flood that swept the world receded exists. Likewise, the technology exists for the elites to decide to want to take time off to shelter in the International Space Station if the world ends or on another planet, as the families/dynasties who left earth on a spacecraft before a comet was scheduled to collide with earth struck this planet in the 2021 American apocalyptic political satire black comedy film titled “Don’t Look Up” did.

Surely, everyone else would die if the ocean’s water rose or the world ended (i.e., modern civilization became destroyed), with the exception of the elites, their family members, and the animals that they would be bringing along with them in the ark or the international space center until life on earth goes back to normal.

The producers of the film “Don’t Look Up” do not tell us if the people who left earth before the comet that was approaching hit the earth and caused a worldwide disaster that triggered an extinction-level event brought along with them nuclear bombs (Iron domes, S400 or S400,000) including pairs of all creatures that have the breath of life in them as Noah did in antiquity. The film ends with those people who survived landing on an alien planet and being attacked by bird-like predators.

In 1377, the Arab historian and early sociologist Ibn Khaldun claimed that “the cultural difference of another age must govern the evaluation of relevant historical material, distinguish the principles according to which it might be possible to attempt the evaluation, and lastly, feel the need for experience, in addition to rational principles, in order to assess a culture of the past.”

Therefore, since it is possible for us to predict how life would be like for the elites, and their family members and the animals that are with them if the ocean’s water continue to rise (i.e., corruption and distrust rise), or if the whole world end (i.e., the families/dynasties who are now rivaling in Ukraine decide to use nuclear weapons to determine who could make the weakest consider the opinion of the fittest), because we have the story of Noah (or Chernobyl, or the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagazaki, and even the conclusion of what happened to the people who in the film “Don’t Look Up” left to live in a new planet) to draw conclusions from; we can say that if the elites continue to (1) let the United Nations (i.e., the victors of WW2 (the monarchs and republics in western Europe), the global policemen of the world (the United States), the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, the UN System plus non-state actors and international institutions such as World, Bank, IMF, NATO, EU and so on, and UN member states) regard themselves exempt from observing the work program which the founding fathers of the UN counselled them (the powerful families/dynasties) to make sure that everyone obeys to keep their dominant role and ensure lasting peace (i.e., create ordered relations); or to (2) let people constantly believe that the damage or devastation that a nuclear war would encumber in the world would be like “summer showers” (i.e., letting people, rich or poor, rival thus becoming indifferent about the risk that such a hypothetical future event can have on human well-being on a global scale); we can say that if the whole world in the future end and the elites survive, that their would be things that they would have to start to do from scratch.

Mankind has achieved so many things since the story of the flood appeared in the Old Testament of the Bible.

People are all the time listing the inventions that changed the world. In other words, people are all the time isolating the specific physical or philosophical actions that have played a significant role in the evolution of the world. In my case, I believe the greatest invention that mankind dreamed up and created so far happened when our forefathers invented the US Constitution in 1776. The second greatest invention happened in 1948 when an international version of the US Constitution was proclaimed in the UDHR. That is to say, if the world is to fall apart in the future and the ideals that are included in the US Constitution (the predecessor of the UDHR) become ditched, mankind would be throwing away the understanding that thousands upon thousands of generations labored so it could reach us.

Of course, if the families/dynasties competing in Ukraine since early 2022 for control of the country decide to use weapons of mass destruction to force their will, most of us would be dead, as I said before, and would not worry about how life on earth will develop.

Surely, life will go on as happened in Chernobyl, Ukraine, following the nuclear disaster that occurred at the Chernobyl power plant in 1986 if the families/dynasties who are rivaling in Ukraine decide to destroy modern civilization through weapons that combine enormous destruction. Likewise, there would not be many people (or legal entities) who would be competing for power, wealth, and status as the case has been since 1945 if a hypothetical nuclear war damages human well-being on a global scale. But again, many questions beg answers. For one, will the elites be capable of continuing to get their ways despite the resistance of others when the social, cultural, and economic development of people become impeded by changes that have the potential to have a profound impact on humanity’s long-term potential? For example, the Chernobyl disaster has had, since 1986, a terminal and permanent effect on human evolution. The future generation will not recover from this disaster, just as it was our turn to do it.

BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a South Korean boy band that formed in 2010. The group has a song called “Life Goes On.” In the lyrics of this song, the following phrase is included: “One day the world stopped, without any notice; spring didn’t know how to wait, so it came without notice.”

I have no way of knowing if the victors of WW2 (i.e., the families/dynasties who control the western European monarchs and republics, and who I said earlier are playing the role of the administrator of the international order on behalf of the elites) and if the families/dynasties who control the nation that is playing the global policeman role (i.e., the United States) can run much faster than the disregard and contempt that rulers and political class (judges and law enforcement agents) in UN member states (including rulers and political class in the United States) and non-state actors and international institutions such as the United Nations System, World Bank, IMF, NATO, EU, and so on are perpetrating. What I do know is that for as long as the families/dynasties who control the old powers (i.e., the victors of WW2) and the families/dynasties who control the United States (i.e., the global policemen) refuse to accept that there is an end for everything (i.e., start to become serious), the harder it would be for them to be taken seriously. Furthermore, if the families/dynasties who control the old powers (i.e., the victors of WW2) and the families/dynasties who control the United States (i.e., the global policemen) do not want their servants (rulers and political class (judges and law enforcement agents) in UN member states (including the United States) and non-state actors and international institutions such as the United Nations System, World Bank, IMF, NATO, EU, and so on to strip them of their power, wealth, and status in the same way a flood flushes a boulder, they need to be able to see the water (the dark clouds) coming. In other words, if the elites (i.e., the families/dynasties whom all the nations and peoples of every language dread and fear) and the families/dynasties who control the western European monarchs and republics (i.e., the victors of WW2) and the families/dynasties who control the United States (i.e., the global policemen) do not want new families/dynasties to start to play their role, they need to make sure that all those servants (rulers and political class and non-state actors and international institutions) in UN member states who are supposedly protecting them, but with few of them leading by example, warn them in advance about the existential risks that have the potential to revert them to a simpler form.

For example, when, in the days of Noah, wickedness, corruption, betrayal, and so on increased in the world and people stopped to know who to trust, the Bible says that it was God who warned Noah to board an ark so he could save him with his family.

I have no way of knowing if the constant wars that the principal countries (i.e., the five permanent members of the UN Security Council), who the elites tasked with creating ordered relations but unfortunately have been since 1945 unable to rise up to the challenge, are affecting the wealth, status, or power of those powerful families/dynasties. Likewise, I have no way of knowing if this abnormal rise in intolerance (corruption, betrayal, etc.) that emerged around the world as of 1945 is a result of people, rich or poor, preferring to be bound by their personal power and conscience, due to the principal countries (i.e., the five permanent members of the UN Security Council) that the elites tasked with creating ordered relations becoming no longer interested in securing this goal, or if people’s ongoing preoccupation with relying on their self-help instead of on the international rule-based postwar world order that the founding fathers of the UN laid out at WW2 is causing this deviation.

Most importantly, I have no way of knowing if the constant wars that the rulers and political class of the principal countries (i.e., the five permanent members of the UN Security Council), whom the elites tasked with creating ordered relations, have been entangled in since 1945, or if the accelerated intolerance (corruption, betrayal, etc.) that people, rich or poor, are perpetrating due to prioritizing form over civic morality is deepening wickedness around the world as was the case during the days of Noah or before the story of the flood occurred. That is also to say, if God’s patience with the families/dynasties who control the western European monarchs and republics (the administrators of the international order), and the families/dynasties who are playing the role of global policemen (the United States), and the rest of people, rich and poor, around the world, would run out as happened during the days of Noah, and thus before he (God) decides to wipe them all from the face of the earth, he (God) would find the elites righteous and, therefore, warn them in advance and spare them as he did with Noah. Otherwise, if the elites feel they do not need God’s help any longer to help them keep their wealth, power, and status intact after their principal policemen (the United States) and their servants (all the rulers and political class in the rest of the UN member states, including international institutions such as the United Nations, World Bank, IMF, NATO, and so on) became capable of warning them in real time about any threat that has the potential to harm them. In other words, enabling those elites to shelter in an ark as Noah did, or to fly out to the International Space Station or to another planet as the families/dynasties who were controlling the political order in the film “Don’t Look Up” did before it is too late.

What I do know is that in the book of Daniel, it is reported that Daniel was brought in front of King Nebuchadnezzar II to interpret one of his dreams. Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar that the images or ideas he saw in his dream refer to events that would happen after his death. Daniel told King Nebuchadnezzar that after his death a rock was going to roll and smash into a statue (kingdoms that would rise after Nebuchadnezzar’s death), which would then be shattered into pieces.

Indeed, in football (soccer), players propel a ball around a rectangular field called a pitch to score goals. The pitch is divided in half, and each competing team is assigned half of the field of play. The objective of the game is to move the ball to a rectangular framed area that is located at each end of the pitch. The team that rolls the ball to the goal area of the rivaling team scores the highest number of goals and wins the game.

Strangely, the same principles that are applied in a game of football (soccer) are exactly the same principles that are applied in people’s ongoing search to determine who could have a greater say in governance or in telling the weak to consider the opinion of the fittest.

In other words, all people, rich or poor, after birth become divided into teams, and they all start to use the idea of good (the ball) to convince each other that protection is easier if they stay together in groups and if they all agree that one (or some) in the group should have more power than others.

In my opinion, Chris Rossini at the Ron Paul Institute described in 2019 eloquently how this game is played out. Rossini said, “Various factions get together and ruthlessly fight with one another in order to get in control of violence-wielding apparatus. The factions want to control the violence for their own benefit. No one wants the violence directed at them. Everyone wants the violence to be directed at others instead of themselves.

Indeed, the decision of the elites to let the United States (the global policeman of the world and supposedly the wisest player) let the UN member states and non-state actors and international institutions such as the United Nations system, World Bank, IMF, NATO, EU, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, or multinational corporations, and so on, convert the international order into a soccer game is both unheard of and original.

In other words, it is both entertaining and depressing having millions upon millions of human development experts who are all competing to improve human rights, social justice, democratic control, and freedom, but while the majority are refusing to lead by example. That is to say, it is entertaining having so many people express mindfulness about improving human rights and social justice while everyone is pursuing the realization of the full development of his personality at the same time (i.e., freezing social space, accumulating material things on a cumulative basis, and forgoing each other’s security). Likewise, it is depressing having millions upon millions of people using the idea of human rights, social justice, democratic control, freedom, and so on to help them to freeze social space and to accumulate material things on a cumulative basis and to transfer them to designated individuals, because the more people adopt this strategy as a tool to improve peace and security, the more the rivalry (i.e., corruption, backstabbing, and betrayal) that would be ensuing would be edging mankind toward reliving the same fear and outrageous events that our predecessors lived before WW2 erupted.

I have no way of knowing if the immense dynamism (corruption, disregard, contempt, and betrayal) that emerged around the world as of 1945 is tangled in the unpreparedness of the elites to rely on thinkers of the likes of George Washington, Winston Churchill, or Ron Paul (American politician and three-time candidate for the presidency of the United States) to help them keep their dominant role and ensure lasting peace, or if the problem is tangled in the decision of the elites to go ahead and rely on rulers or thinkers who want to do more with less. What I can only hope for is that the elites are not losing sight of the fact that this game, which they and all their servants (the governments of the 193 UN member states and the millions upon millions of non-state actors and international institutions such as the United Nations) are playing to find out who could make the weakest consider the opinion of the fittest, is not a game that is being played out to find out who could win a cup as happens in a football game, but rather to find out who could strip from them (the elites) their power, wealth, and status first. That is to say, the laws of the game that all the legal and political structures called “states” or “human development entities” in the distinct exclusive territories that make up the current system of global governance are playing among themselves are totally different from those that are codified in a football game (soccer).

For example, in football (soccer), the number of players a team should have is fixed. In addition, the game length (the duration) is fixed, and so is the field size and the ball. In the game that governments and international institutions (including non-state actors) are playing, the number of players depends on whether or not the elites are in favor of wanting to have a small number of players (i.e., governments and international institutions) on each team play or a large number. For instance, before WW2 or when only a few societies (the western European kingdoms and republics) were dominating, exploiting, and subjugating the rest of the societies around the world, the number of players was very small. In the aftermath of WW2, this number became in the millions (i.e., 193 UN member states + millions upon millions of non-state actors and international institutions). In other words, in the aftermath of WW2, we have millions upon millions of legal entities telling the elites or their global policemen (the United States) about how natural and legal rights should be managed and distributed, but without anyone being ready to obey first the political order in vigor to determine if it fulfills their requirements. In addition, all those players are not playing on pitches that have boundaries or with balls that have the same size. That is to say, every player is supporting reforms to improve human rights, social justice, equal rights, and freedom, but in the meantime, no one is wanting to start by reforming himself (herself) first.

I have no way of knowing if the decision of the elites to have so many players (between governments and international institutions or non-state actors) telling them and their global policemen (i.e., the United States) how natural and legal rights should be managed or distributed is better to help them to keep their dominant role, as compared to having only a few players doing it as the case was like before WW2. What I do know is that in the animal kingdom when a number of hyenas work together, they defeat the strongest lion. That is to say, I have no way of knowing if the decision of the elites to have governments (including the United States) and international institutions transform the conditions and outcomes that matter to them while everyone involved is regarding himself/herself as exempt from observing the appeal that the founding fathers of the UN counselled them (the elites) to make sure everyone obeys to keep their dominant role and ensure lasting peace is a strategy that would result in those players pulling the rug from under the feet of those elites in the same way the FIFA World Cup pulled the rug from under the feet of the United States, Japan, Australia, and South Korea in 2010 and awarded the 2022 World Cup to Qatar, or not. What I do know is that all the kingdoms that so far have collapsed, their rulers were doing wrong when they genuinely knew what was right.

Once again, I have no way of knowing if the elites know that most people do wrong when the perceived benefits appear to them to be outweighing the costs. For example, the families/dynasties who were controlling the Soviet Union decided to let the perceived benefits of the moment outweigh the costs, and they paid a big price for that in the early 1990s. As of the 1990s, new families/dynasties are creating ordered relations in the new countries that were created after the Soviet Union was partitioned. The same is happening now during the 2022 World Cup. It is the Qataris (i.e., people who, till 1971, knew only how to organize camel races) who are now telling the United States, Japan, Australia, South Korea, and all the rest of the UN member states such as Great Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Germany to play by their political, social, and cultural rules. In fact, the Qataris have proved since the start of the 2022 World Cup that they are a lot better than Great Britain and all the rest of the monarchs and republics that exist in Western Europe, including the United States, at creating ordered relations!

Of course, the families/dynasties who control Qatar are still far from rivaling the elites, but we cannot say the same about the principal governments (such as the five permanent members of the UN Security Council) or the principal international institutions (such as the United Nations System, IMF, World Bank, NATO, EU, and so forth) who are helping the elites to keep their dominant role. This is because those countries and legal entities are distributed across UN member states in the same manner that the International Association Football Federation (FIFA) operates within each UN member state.

In other words, the families/dynasties who control the principal governments (such as the five permanent members of the UN Security Council) or the families/dynasties who control the principal international institutions (such as the United Nations System, IMF, World Bank, NATO, EU, and so forth) can shrink the wealth, power, and status of the elites as happened to the families/dynasties who were controlling the Soviet Union in the 1990s or the families/dynasties who were in the United States, Japan, Australia, and South Korea, hoping that the 2022 World Cup would be held on their territory, but then this venue went to the country which they did not expect to stand a chance. But again, it would be naive to suppose that the elites do not know that humans are by nature wicked and that this game, which they want all 7.9 billion inhabitants of the world to play (i.e., whereby every individual is telling everyone else to accept staying together or to choose him/her to have more power than others), is not a game that everyone is playing to win a cup but to oust the elites from their power, wealth, and status so they can start to play their role.

For example, when the US Department of Justice and the Swiss authorities indicted and arrested many high-ranking FIFA officials and corporate executives on charges including corruption, bribery, vote-rigging, racketeering, wire fraud, money laundering, or the award of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups to the two countries, which were picked in 2015, the same FIFA officials were preaching that they are working to ensure that football is accessible to everyone, including advocating for integrity and fair play.

If the principal governments (such as the five permanent members of the UN Security Council) or the principal international institutions (such as the United Nations System, IMF, World Bank, NATO, EU, and so forth), whose wisdom the elites are depending on to keep their dominant role intact, betray them in the same way the FIFA World Cup executives betrayed fans around the world when they decided to disregard the rules that keep soccer honest to serve their interests and to enrich themselves, then the wealth, status, and power of the elites could be at great risk. This is because, as I said before, the different governments and different international institutions are not telling people to accept staying together with them or to let them have more power than others on a football pitch, but this exercise is happening in every corner of the world.

Readers should keep in mind that the elites should not be led to feel that the ideas that are included in the US Constitution or the UDHR are threatening their wealth, power, and status. This is because those powerful families/families gained this understanding only in 1945. If the elites perceive that the US Constitution or the UDHR are threatening their wealth, power, and status, then mankind is doomed. This is because the elites would then work to return the world to function based on pre-1945 political and economic ideals and not based on the idea of self-determination and liberal interventionism.

I have no way of knowing if the principal governments (such as the five permanent members of the UN Security Council) or the principal international institutions (such as the United Nations System, IMF, World Bank, NATO, EU, and so forth) whose wisdom the elites are depending on to keep their dominant role intact are betraying them or not. What I do know is that in 2013, a UN staff member brought to the attention of his supervisors his concerns against his organization (UNOPS) proposing to the Congolese government in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to implement a poorly designed project and one in which the UN bank account was being used in an apparent money laundering operation. The UN staff member who refused to go along with the decision of his senior management team to prioritize his self-interests over the self-interests of the victors of WW2 (western European monarchs and republics and the United States) was asked by the UNOPS senior management team to pick between two choices. The first was to involuntarily transfer temporarily to Sudan, and the other was to wait until his contract ended to go home. In Sudan, this UN staff member made the same mistake he committed in the DRC. He decided to prioritize the same work program that the victors of WW2 highlighted in the UN charter over the work program that UNOPS’s senior management team was prioritizing. When this UN staff member refused to violate the UN financial rules and regulations in Sudan as per the way the government of Great Britain wanted it to happen, he was placed under administrative leave by the United Nations (the custodian of human rights) on charges that were never communicated to him. Then, while on administrative leave, the United Nations informed him that his contract was not going to be renewed because the United Nations was restructuring. After the United Nations notified this UN staff member that his contract was not going to be renewed, the United Nations canceled the investigation. When this former UN staff filed an application in the UN judicial system seeking indemnification for having been denied the right to due process according to UN rules and regulations, the UN judge asked the UNOPS lawyers to negotiate with this UN staff to settle this case. The UN made an offer to this UN staff member, which he refused to accept because it did not include continuing to support him to achieve his career goal of becoming a UN Resident Coordinator. Strangely, the same UN judge who heard all the abuse and acts of corruption, including the UN investigators telling in court that they placed this UN staff on administrative leave based on instructions from UNOPS senior management, dismissed the application of this staff because it was not filed within 60 days from the date when this UN staff was placed on administrative rules as per internal UN regulations. The appeal panel (UN judges) confirmed the resolution of the judge who dismissed the case.

So far, Karma has not been happy with the decision of the UN judicial system to throw this case in the bin of history. In 2022, the same UNOPS senior management team who in 2013-2015 were trampling on the dignity of this UN staff were caught in flagrante delicto (caught red-handed). The UNOPS Executive Director and the UNOPS Deputy Director were dismissed from the organization in disgrace. Evidently, those two senior UN staff members merit the disgraceful way in which they were kicked out from this organization for their decision to prioritize their self-interest and the interest of the organization over the interests of the elites (i.e., the families/dynasties who formed the United Nations), but at the same time, they were used as scapegoats. This is because the individuals who are supposed to be, in my opinion, leaving before those two (or assigned different tasks or desks at the UN) are still working at this organization to this day. Those individuals are the United Nations Secretary General and the UN judges and UN lawyers who dismissed the case of this UN staff member whose story is used herein in 2017.

Hence, the elites do not believe that the United Nations Secretary General and the UN judges and UN lawyers should be dismissed as happened to the UNOPS Executive Director and the UNOPS Deputy Executive Director (or assigned different tasks) to stop those UN officials from continuing to prioritize their self-interest and the self-interest of the organization over their (the elites’) interests, as this UN staff did when he refused to trade his self-interests for theirs (the elites); we cannot say that the United Nations (the organization) is a force for good in the world. The situation is very serious and worrisome.

To put it differently, hence, the elites can keep their power, wealth, and status intact only when people become ready to lay down their own lives for them voluntarily, as this UN staff did when he refused to prioritize his self-interests over theirs (i.e., meaning doing like his supervisors were doing, prioritizing money over creating ordered relations). This means that the elites are being protected by false teachers. Additionally, hence, for as long as the elites accept to let the UN Secretary General, UN judges, and UN lawyers enjoy the lifestyle to which they had become accustomed, and this is to cover corruption at the United Nations instead of fighting corruption, which is what those officials should be doing in the first place (i.e., teaching people to practice tolerance), this means that for as long as the elites refuse to name the United Nations as a criminal party or indemnify this UN staff whose colleagues at this organization trampled on his dignity and career to serve their interests and to enrich themselves, it would not be possible to say that people around the world are loving them (the elites) but hating them more and more.

That is to say, since the elites and their global policemen (the United States) decided to let the United Nations keep its veil on so no one can see how much corruption and money-making and self-interest and greed and politicking and backstabbing this organization is propelling around the world after they decided to transform this legal entity (and millions of others) into becoming an economic operator, rather than to keep this organization devoted to establishing a governance program that would be worthy of this new millennium (as the founding fathers of the UN suggested), this signifies that the elites and the families/dynasties who control the United States believe that they are untouchable.

Once again, I have no way of knowing if the decision of the elites to let the United Nations become an economic operator so this organization opens the eyes of people to a whole universe of corruption is helping the elites or their global police (the United States) to keep their dominant role intact. What I do know is that in most football games, fans do behave in an orderly manner, but in some cases they fight back and even protest, especially when referees penalize them for unjustified fouls. For example, in 2013 Polish soccer fans set off fires in stands to protest the decision of the organizers of the league because this perception did not go along with theirs.

When the Polish fans set off fires in the stands in 2013, the organizers stopped being in control anymore. The responsibility did not rest with the game organizers during the protest. Of course, the organizers of the game managed to control the protest that erupted quickly; hence, only a small number of fans were angry. Additionally, football games take place on pitches with defined boundaries, making it relatively easy to manage disenchanted fans.

As I said before, the different human development organizations whose wisdom the elites depend on to keep their dominant role are in the millions (193 governments and millions upon millions of non-state actors and international institutions). In addition, all those actors are not playing on a football pitch but in a playfield that is as big as the size of the earth. Most importantly, those players are not competing to determine who could win a cup but who could make the weakest consider the opinion of the fittest. This situation is very serious and worrisome.

In other words, if people around the world continue to be disenchanted with the way the elites and their global policemen (the United States) are satisfying their best interests in partnership with governments and international organizations whose rulers and executives regard themselves exempt from observing the appeal made by the founding fathers of the UN in the UDHR, and some of them even harbor criminal intent, as the case is still like this to this day at the United Nations, then we cannot say that people are going to want to have “all eyes on them“ (the western European monarchs and republics or the United States) in the future if they all don’t know who to trust and everyone is playing, trying to sound like them. The situation is very serious and worrisome.

Said differently, if people, rich and poor, around the world continue to refuse to accept the obligation to respect and defend the work program that the victors of WW2 (Western European monarchs and republics with allies such as the United States) laid out in the UN Charter and the UDHR but at the same time continue to be relying on the idea of good (democracy, freedom, social justice, equal rights, and so on) as a tool to find out who could get his (her) way despite the resistance of others, then it would not be possible to control the terrifying anarchy that could result if this game goes on for a long time and we have more than 7.9 billion people who are playing. This is because everyone is playing with one ball!

In conclusion, in the dream that Daniel interpreted to King Nebuchadnezzar, in which he said to him that after his death a rock was going to roll and smash into a statue (kingdoms that would rise after Nebuchadnezzar’s death), persuading it to disintegrate into pieces, Daniel said that this rock was not cut out by human hands. In other words, this rock cannot be physical or a product of the continuous scientific and technical explorations that humans develop, such as nuclear bombs, artificial intelligence, and so forth.

In this life, only two parameters are not cut out by human hands (or beyond human control). The two parameters that are not shaped by human hands are the physical world (earth, air, fire, and water) and the human soul (i.e., behavior).

I have no way of knowing how either parameter could wipe out the power, wealth, and status of the victors of WW2 (Western European monarchs and republics) and the power of their global policemen (the United States), especially since the families/dynasties who control those countries have been building their power through the course of many generations. What I do know is that in the Quran, in Surah Ar-Rum, there is a verse that says, “Have they not travelled throughout the land to see what was the end of those ’destroyed’ before them? They were far superior in might; they cultivated the land and developed it more than these ’Meccans’ ever have. Their messengers came to them with clear proof. Allah would have never wronged them, but it was they who wronged themselves.” [Ar-Rum 30:09]

Therefore, since the elites decided as of 1945 to wrong themselves and not reflect (i.e., deviate away from the work program that the founding fathers of the UN counselled them to be faithful to to keep their dominant role and ensure lasting peace), preferring instead to wager on wealth, artificial intelligence, military superiority, and the wisdom of rulers, executives, judges, and lawyers of the likes of the UNOPS Executive Director, who before joining the United Nations was the former Minister of Justice, Minister of International Development, and Minister of Defense of Norway, or the actual United Nations Secretary General, who before joining the United Nations served as Prime Minister of Portugal, instead of on the integrity of individuals like the UN staff mentioned here (i.e., accepting to forgo his security for theirs), we can only continue to monitor to determine if indeed the families/dynasties who are controlling the international order and money supply of the world are “far superior in might” than the ones who came before them. In other words, monitor to establish if indeed the prophecy that Jesus made about “those who are first will be last, and those who are last will be first” [Matthew 19:30] is really occurring, particularly since the decision of the FIFA executives to award the 2022 World Cup to Qatar in 2010 could support this case, or the decision of the Jews and the Arabs to conciliate in 2020 could corroborate it, or the win of Saudi Arabia over Argentina during the 2022 World Cup could reinforce it, or the strategic partnerships that the Arab nations are signing with China and Russia in recent years could prove it, or, last but not least, the decision of the Canadian government to make an oath to the King of Great Britain optional for politicians could confirm it!
