Newborns are taught to value wealth, status, and power more than humility, discipline, wisdom, or tolerance, as the constant wars suggest. Accordingly, history has shown that the wider the wealth, status, and power of a person (business, society, nation, or kingdom), the greater the possibility of something bad happening to the individual (business, society, nation, or kingdom) who seeks to deny others the right to possess what everyone is seeking. In my opinion, two principal motives propel this backfire. The first is the inability of two people to fill the same void space (division of labor). When the wrong (corruption and wickedness) that a person (business, society, nation, or kingdom) propels exceeds certain limits, this action triggers (ignites) a phenomenon (counterweight or flash point) that behaves in the same way whenever boiling milk rises and erupts when heated or a baked cake rises or falls if the ingredients used in the recipe are not properly chosen or calculated. In my opinion, the Quran describes clearly how this process qualitatively and quantitatively happens: “…had Allah not repelled a group of people by ‘the might of’ another, corruption would have dominated the earth.” [Surah Al Baqarah 2:251] The second motive is something that only a few people are willing to accept. This motive is progress (change). Verse 2:17 in the book of Genesis describes how progress can be fatal. This verse reads, “…but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it, you will certainly die.” In my case, I began to actively study how “change” (chaos) could trigger death right after I started postgraduate studies in the early 1990s. In the year 2005, I believe I managed to show how change (progress or regress) created this undesired fate, which the Bible (or the traditional Yin and Yang symbol) warns mankind against venturing into its web through the intermediary of a general mathematical function. Interestingly, the two philosophical solutions, which are provided in the Bible and in the Quran, and the general technical solution, which I developed in 2005, on what makes people rivals instead of serving one another in love, have one parameter in common. They all translate the security that a person (business, society, nation, or kingdom) must maintain to avoid becoming resized to a point (a dot) in space where we have no way of knowing its direction but know that it should stay fixed. This is because any shift from this point in either direction (particularly a quick one) takes (tends) the security of the person (business, society, nation, or kingdom) to zero. Furthermore, hence, mankind was not granted the power to know how this dot (security) is changing with respect to time; this challenge prevents the fittest (individual, business, society, nation, or kingdom) from knowing how much wrong or evil (corruption and wickedness) he or she is doing (propelling), and the fittest has no way of knowing when to stop, except when it is often too late.

In addition, there seems to be another hurdle (truth) where the majority of individuals (businesses, societies, nations, kingdoms) who bunkered under the idea of fellowship, love of others, nation or God, passion for their chosen subject, etc. later found it to be a non-profitable business to rejuvenate their power (increase their wealth, status, and power).

In the Quran, it is stated that if a person (business, society, nation, or kingdom) suffers an injury, a similar injury touches the person (business, society, nation, or kingdom) who propelled the injury [Surah Ali-Imran 3:140]. To make matters worse, the Quran also says that if a person (business, society, nation, or kingdom) takes a life—unless as a punishment for murder or mischief in the land—it will be as if they (the person, business, society, nation, or kingdom) killed all of humanity; and whoever saves a life, it will be as if they (the person, business, society, nation, or kingdom) saved all of humanity. [Surah al-Ma’idah 5:32]. Those two revelations, which the Islamic prophet Muhammad suggests in the Quran, are game changers. In fact, in the year 2009, physicists claimed that atoms can teleport between each other despite being separated by a significant distance.

It is important that readers keep in mind that I will not be studying the problem of teleportation and symmetry in this paper in the same way physicists do by taking some properties of matter at the quantum level and then extracting information, but rather from a general macroscopic relativistic principle. For information on how properties of matter are studied and measured at the quantum level, readers are invited to review the work of physicists such as Paul Dirac, Albert Einstein, Hendrik Lorentz, and many others.

If it is not necessary a requirement for the fittest (an individual, a business, a society, a nation, a kingdom) to do wrong to be stripped of his glory, suffice it that a subordinate in the group commits wrong for the fittest to lose his wealth, power, and status; then it is very important that the fittest (person, business, society, kingdom, empire) makes sure that the people who he or his servants are trampling with their feet on their rights, livelihood, human worth, etc., in their search to be served instead of serving, are not later, in the course of time and things, brought down on their knees and humiliated in a similar manner by the weak.

For example, in the years 2013 – 2015, a UN staff member (a US citizen) was against his senior managers using the UN bank account to launder money in the DRC or to violate the UN financial rules and regulations to please Great Britain (DFID) in Sudan, because such action violated the project of the principal victors of WW2. When this UN staff brought the matter to the attention of the executive director of this agency, the executive director sided with the bad guys. When this UN staff member filed an application in the UN Tribunal, the UN organization that was employing him made him an offer to drop his case, which he rejected because it did not include official promises made to him by his senior managers before he stumbled on their parallel illegal business. Later, the UN tribunal and the United Nations lawyers dug in their bag of rules, pulled a technical administrative rule, and used it as a pretext to dismiss the case of this UN staff, thus trampling, in so doing, under their feet the truth, the career and livelihood of this UN staff, the United States (hence this country is one of the victors of WW2), the UN member states, the UN charter, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR); and most importantly, the project that the victors of WW2 created the United Nations to achieve for them.

Unfortunately, Karma was not pleased with how the United Nations System, the UN Secretary General, and in particular the UN Tribunal and UN lawyers sided with wrong instead of the truth in this aforementioned case despite UN investigators testifying that they were instructed by the senior managers of this UN staff to fabricate a case placing him on administrative leave so they could easily sideline him later (i.e., use the bullet that does not miss—restructuring). In the year 2022, Karma spoke its mind. In the year 2022, Karma decided to punish the United Nations System, the UN Secretary General, the UN Tribunal, the UN lawyers, and in particular the UN Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director of this UN agency who ill-treated this UN staff between 2013 and 2015 for siding with dishonest acts (hence, they were both dismissed from the UN) and arranged that the wrong which they were all doing covertly be known. Thus, prompting the entire world to trample under their feet on the United Nations system, in the same way, this organization trampled on this UN staff when he trusted in the project of the principal victors of WW2 instead of the project of the United Nations. Jesus told his disciples the following once: “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” [Matthew 6:24]

Hence, if the United Nations could be a den of thieves, then there is a good chance that the principal victors of WW2 face the same defeat that this UN staff faced when the United Nations ganged up on him, or the defeat that Karma arranged for the United Nations system and the UN executive director and the deputy of this UN organization who ill-treated this UN staff to protect their senior managers. This is very serious and worrisome. This is because the international intergovernmental organization named the United Nations is the formal legal entity whose principal victors of WW2 are depending on its processes and structures to preserve their implicit and explicit goals.

Put differently, the project that the principal victors of WW2 are implementing at the United Nations as of 1945 is a project that took them centuries of building up to it (i.e., developing the necessary understanding of themselves to the point of becoming ready to end domination and to consider that people around the world be free). If the United Nations functions as both a market and a den of thieves (a fact that cannot be disputed since this global council has become an economic operator), then the principal victors of WW2 may be pursuing futile efforts and inadvertently sustaining a black hole.

It is important that readers keep in mind that any reference in this work to the “principal victors of WW2“ will mean only the old powers (i.e., the western European kingdoms and republics). In this work, the United States is not regarded as the “principal” victor of WWII. Nor is the former country, which was known as the “Soviet Union,” which in the 1990s was dissolved. World War Two started in 1939. The United States entered WW2 in 1941. When two people are disputing and a third person takes sides and supports one and not the other, such behavior does not make the person who took sides a “principal” victor. In this work, the United States is the runner-up.

Accordingly, in this work, I am investigating if the disgraceful way in which the United Nations (the organization) is adopting to make people around the world love the principal victors of WW2 can have any bearing on the families/dynasties that control the western European kingdoms and republics or their heirs. In this work, the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics (i.e., the old powers) are the king of kings. In other words, those powerful families/dynasties control the UN member states, including the global policemen of the world (the United States). Those powerful families/dynasties control the international order and the money supply of the world as well. That is to say, the families/dynasties who control the UN member states do not care about which constitutional arrangement a republic or a monarchy adopts. This detail is purely a matter for each member country to decide. What the families/dynasties who control the UN member states care about are beliefs and that their relative wealth or military superiority stays unmatched. This is because what makes people ready to stay together in a group and to let one have more power than others are belief or fear.

In this context, I want, in this work, to better understand how this idea (curse, truth, etc.), which is mentioned in the Quran about when an injury touches a person, a similar injury touches all the people of the world, could be creating obstacles ahead of the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics to prevent them from realizing their projects (i.e., helping them to keep their dominant role). Most importantly, to determine if the relative wealth and military superiority of those powerful families/dynasties could help them prevent this curse (truth) from touching them. Actually, in connection with the above, I want to also establish if the families/dynasties who control the Western European kingdoms and republics should continue to take their money to the United Nations (the organization) to have it realize their goals or to new organizations that are much smaller, such as the Center of Modernity Planning and Assessment.

For example, before Jesus was crucified, he visited a synagogue, and he found that people were buying and selling in the synagogue just as they do in markets. Jesus kicked the vendors out of the synagogue, which allowed him to save his project. In other words, in so doing, Jesus avoided his defeat or the defeat of his project. This is because when Jesus kicked the vendors and the merchants out of the synagogue, he helped people experience freedom in his teaching, not people who hated him, as the United Nations (the organization) is making its victims feel towards the principal victors of WW2.

Therefore, since the principal victors of WW2 did not stop the United Nations (the organization) from being an economic operator (i.e., returned the organization to achieving considerable prominence in coordinating the work of UN member states instead of in the social arena) pursuant to this latest 2022 UN scandal, or instruct the United Nations to indemnify the victims whom its senior managers punished because they refused to put the self-interests of their chiefs over the self-interests of the principal of WW2 (i.e., the WW2 war aims), such as this UN staff whose story I mentioned earlier did, this signifies that the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics do not believe that the same defeat that touched the United Nations System and the UN Executive Director following the 2022 UN scandal could touch them. In other words, the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics prioritize other matters over preventing or restoring what is amiss, as the Quran suggests and most religious scriptures support.

That is to say, in the aftermath of the 2022 UN scandal, which the United Nations system failed to prevent from getting leaked, it was once again business as usual for the UN and the principal victors of WW2 (i.e., the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics). Instead of the principal victors of WW2 becoming alarmed, or at least lifting the privileges that the staff of this organization enjoy so their victims could bring their dispute to a neutral tribunal, the principal victors of WW2 accepted the promise of the UN administrators to improve accountability and left the United Nations to terrify people as before.

As the above shows, the state of the world resembles the case of a giant corporation or a large ship, whereby whenever an officer or a passenger does anything wrong (corruption and wickedness), the president of the corporation or the captain of the ship thinks that the wrong that was inflicted will not touch them personally (i.e., their wealth, power, status), the business, or the ship.

It is not the holes that are located above the surface of the water on a ship that make it sink, but the holes that are located below the surface of the water. Likewise, certain processes are irreversible, such as chemical reactions or when cancer cells spread.

Therefore, since it is not the water that exists around a ship that makes a ship sink, but the water that gets in them, this signifies that the principal victors of WW2 (i.e., the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics) must believe that the holes (mismanagement, corruption, disregard, betrayal, etc.) that the United Nations is drilling in the social order and then patching with its UN tribunal and UN lawyers are not weighing them down or spreading hate as cancer cells spread till, in the course of time and things, a person gets very ill and dies?

On the other hand, if propelling wrongly (mismanagement, corruption, disregard, contempt, persecution, etc.) as the United Nations was doing in 2013 and in 2022 was harmless, then King Solomon’s kingdom would not have collapsed, nor Pharaoh’s, nor the families/dynasties who were controlling the Soviet Union in the 1990s, or even the UN executive director who was dismissed in 2022 from the UN and who was also a famous diplomat before joining the UN and hailed from one of the richest and most powerful countries in the world. And so, if the principal victors of WW2 believe that they are much stronger than the past kingdoms or families/dynasties that came before them, then two scenarios could be persuading them (with their critical thinkers, mathematicians, and philosophers) into believing that the holes or wrongs (mismanagement, corruption, disregard, contempt, persecution, etc.) that the United Nations System is drilling and patching in the social order after they gave this organization their non-objection to expand and to shift its operations to become an economic operator could be harmless for the maintenance of their strength and stability. The first is whether the principal victors of WW2 believe they are invincible. The second is if the principal victors of WW2 believe that history repeats itself.

I have no way of knowing which scenario between the aforementioned two could be propelling the principal victors of WW2 into believing that the sum of the wrong (corruption and wickedness) and discord (persecution) that the United Nations system is propelling around the world would not harm the maintenance of their strength and stability in the future. What I do know is that in 1776, the old powers (i.e., the western European kingdoms and republics) granted independence to the separatists in the Americas to form a new country, which was called the United States. The separatists stayed loyal from 1776 to 1945 to their masters (the old powers) and did not outsmart them. In other words, the Americans behaved during this entire period of time in the same way the disciples of Jesus did after Jesus let them in on his business—the disciples observed his command. This attitude enabled the old powers and the Americans to be friends. In so doing, the Americans and the old powers proved the idea that Jesus told his disciples (i.e., “You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you” [John 15:14-15] is a strategy that can be used to create peace and security between people.

In fact, because the separatists and later their successors stayed doing what their masters (the old powers) were commanding them to do until 1945, they (the Americans) were able to live in peace with their masters (the old powers), and they (the old powers) did not attack them. This poise (degree of maturity) that the Americans exhibited enabled them to continue to develop understanding of themselves, to reduce the bias that they knew, and to become the happiest society in the world from 1776 to 1945, despite their internal problems. In fact, in appreciation of the loyalty that the Americans demonstrated over the years, the principal victors of WW2 (i.e., the old powers) appointed the Americans to play the role of global policemen when WW2 was regarded as having ended. In so doing, the principal victors of WW2 (i.e., the old powers) and the Americans confirmed how the Parable of the Bags of Gold, which Jesus told his disciples, would happen to the servant who stays faithful, to be true. [Matthew 25:23]

If we compare how the Americans behaved or treated their masters (the principal victors of WW2) from 1776 till today to the way the people (societies) who the principal victors of WW2 (i.e., the old powers) freed in the aftermath of WW2, including the new human development legal entities such as the UN, World Bank, IMF, NATO, EU, NGOs, Red Cross, charities, the Arab League, the Asian League, the Christian League, the football League, etc., which the principal victors of WW2 gave their non-objection to creating, we find that we have a big contrast.

Not only did the societies that the principal victors of WW2 free when WW2 was regarded to have ended in 1945 and the new legal entities that the principal victors of WW2 created in the aftermath of WW2 outsmart their masters (i.e., the old powers) and his global policemen (the United States), but all are using the business of their masters (i.e., principal victors of WW2) to “harvest from where they have not sown and gather from where they have not scattered seed.” [Matthew 25:24]

Evidently, if the principal victors of WW2 are against admitting that the United Nations failed its primary purpose to prevent any future world war, as they did in 1946 when they recognized that the League of Nations had failed its primary purpose and stopped its operation, then two scenarios could be persuading the principal victors of WW2 to be indifferent. The first is that the principal victors of WW2 believe they can reproduce history (i.e., make people around the world be ready to consider their opinion as the United States did before WW2 to advance the idea of freedom, and a good number of countries (regimes) have been doing so since 1945 to stay in power—two totally different goals). The second is if the principal victors of WW2 believe that they are invincible, as I said before. In other words, the principal victors of WW2 believe that they are much stronger than the past kingdoms that came before them, and therefore, they can steer the future in any way they want.

Once again, I have no way of knowing which scenario between the aforementioned two could be propelling the principal victors of WW2 (the old powers) into believing that they can make people around the world demonstrate the same will (maturity) that the United States demonstrated from 1776 till today, thus enabling them to reproduce the history that they enjoyed with the United States and not the one that their own history depicts (i.e., full of constant wars, domination, subjugation, and exploitation). What I do know is that Heraclitus (a pre-Socratic philosopher) suggested that “no man ever steps in the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man.” If there is no evidence to support that history repeats itself, then the principal victors of WW2 (the old powers) can improvise or adopt an existing process from history to keep their dominant role.

I have no way of knowing how the principal victors of WW2 plan to make people around the world be ready to stay in groups with them and to let them have more power than others after they shifted away from the work program, which the founding fathers of the UN counselled them to stay faithful to its principles and expanded and shifted the operations of the United Nations so this legal entity became an economic operator. What I do know is that the man-made institution that has produced the most violence and death throughout history has been the government or the state. Presently, we do not only have 193 governments or states producing violence and death in every corner of the world as compared to 60, which was the number of states in 1950, but we also have a countless number of international institutions, intergovernmental institutions, national institutions, non-governmental institutions, charities, etc. that are also doing the same. In other words, in each UN member state, we currently have the traditional government producing violence and death in the name of law and order and another infinite number of human development legal entities such as the UN, World Bank, IMF, Red Cross, charities, funds, NGOs, the European League, the Arab League, the Asian League, the Christian League, the Jewish League, etc., whose staffs are also all doing the same but under the pretext of improving democracy, freedom, human rights, and social justice. That is to say, in each UN member state we now have literally an infinite number of actors who are all making their living from the same business that the principal victors of WW2, or their global policemen (the United States), depend on to stay in power (i.e., democracy, freedom, human rights, and social justice), but the majority of those new servants (governments and non-state actors), if not all, are not practicing what they are preaching, thus rendering the world into a musical band with no player knowing what the player standing next to him is playing.

To make matters worse, the principal victors of WW2 did not only delegate tasks that they and their global policemen (the United States) are supposed to be doing (handling) themselves to keep the world peaceful and their dominant role intact, but the impatience (fear) of the principal victors of WW2 led them to commit irreconcilable or irreversible mistakes on top.

For example, one of the best ways for the fittest (an individual, business, society, nation, or kingdom) to make the weak consider his opinion before taking actions on their own is to keep the weak away from education (awareness and knowledge). The principal victors of WW2 (the families/dynasties who started to control the world from the start of the second millennium) decided to break away from this tradition in the aftermath of WW2 and started to do the opposite (i.e., make knowledge available to all). That is to say, the families/dynasties who are against the Iranian, Egyptian, Nigerian, Brazilian, Mexican, etc. having nuclear weapons become part of their military arsenal conjectured that if they let the scientific advances in machine learning (computers, technology), which usually they permit certain servants (governments, private companies) only to conduct to complement the way people do work, while preserving the right to the protection of such material interests through their global policemen (the United States), such recourse could make people love them and help them (the principal victors of WW2) to the point of making people consider their opinion before taking action of their own for eternity.

I have no way of knowing what made the principal victors of WW2 believe that if they let a countless number of non-state actors and international institutions provide parameters for everyday behavior and social solutions just as governments are doing, but with the majority of the individuals involved in those legal entities (including governments) not observing what they are preaching, including letting the scientific advances in machine learning (computers, technology) complement the way people do work, such recourse can help them to rejuvenate their power faster. What I do know is that two motives could have propelled the principal victors of WW2 to believe that they could distance people from continuing to be devoted to serving the role that the natural world (God) created humans to fulfill on earth, despite the Bible in the book of Genesis including a curse that states that man has to toil to eat. The first is if the principal victors of WW2 have found the elixir of life. The second is if the wealth, power, and status of those powerful families/dynasties stopped being of importance to them.

I cannot know which of the two scenarios is causing the principal victors of WW2 to think they can prevent their collapse after their thirst for power and wealth irrationally and unquantifiably increases violence and death in each UN member state instead of reducing it. Most importantly, after they (the principal victors of WW2) deemed that it is not important for people around the world to continue to toil and to be devoted to gaining power, wealth, and status from the same business that they depend on to make people agree to stay in groups with them or to let them have a greater say than others. But if the principal victors of WW2 did not lose their minds or began to seek in the aftermath of WW2 how to sit on the left side of God after they pass away, since Jesus is already sitting on the right side, then one of two scenarios could be propelling them to tolerate this abuse. The first is if they think that time is on their side. The second is if they think that once they finish with amassing all the knowledge that exists in books, including draining people of know-how and transforming it into a digital form that they could later operate like faucets, such an outcome would make it easier for them to control people in the same way a puppeteer controls puppets with strings or a pharaoh was doing according to history books.

Once again, I have no way of knowing if the constant wars that the world has been knowing since the last reset of WW2 are a warning sign to the principal victors of WW2 to let them know that their time is going to be up soon if they do not start to deliver on the promises that they let their servants (government and international institutions) make to people about how they were going to end poverty, social injustice, etc., in the year 2000, and then it was pushed to the year 2015, and now it is re-pushed to the year 2030, or if the constant wars are due to the reorganization that the world is knowing (i.e., until the principal victors of WW2 finish with connecting people digitally). What I do know is that if the principal victors of WW2 (and their thinkers) continue to not know how to put to good use the free time or boost in intelligence that people gained after they (the principal victors of WW2) decided that it is not important for newborns to be holding on to anything old (religion, family, books, art, tradition, values, or know-how) in order to embrace new things (computers, robots, electronics, or individualism) or increase death rates much faster to reduce desires, it may not be possible to stop people from continuing on using the same business that they (the principal victors of WW2) depend on to keep people ready to stay together with them.

On the other hand, the opportunity that AI is providing the principal victors of WW2 to correct the mistake that they made when they decided to deviate away from the work program that the founding fathers of the UN counselled them to stay faithful to its principles to keep their dominant role and ensure lasting peace (i.e., let people in on their business) is not only a threat but an opportunity. The more algorithms (machines) rival humans in their ability to think, reason, and learn, the more the chaos (division, wars, disregard, betrayal, sedition, strife) that people (businesses, societies, nations, kingdoms) would be propelling due to the boost in intelligence that they would all be gaining from AI and the nature of the work that the majority would be doing (i.e., preoccupying themselves with what their neighbor is doing) would be making people (businesses, societies, nations, kingdoms) add, subtract, multiply, and divide each other just as happens in any mathematical operation. In other words, the chaos that people would be propelling will lead to them becoming ordered without there being a need for the principal victors of WW2 to interfere to create the ordered relations that they ultimately seek. In fact, if it were not for technology (AI, computers, etc.) already, it would have taken the principal victors of WW2 years (centuries) to achieve the iterations or convergences that technology (AI, computers, etc.) is easily creating thanks to all the chaos that people (businesses, societies, nations, and kingdoms) are propelling and which is all a prerequisite to creating ordered relations.

But again, if, as I said earlier, it does not suffice that the principal victors of WW2 do not propel any wrongdoing to lose their wealth, power, and status, because according to the Quran, whenever a person suffers an injury, a similar injury occurs to the person who propelled the injury, or whenever a person does not stand up for the truth, he becomes liable, then there is a good chance that the principal victors of WW2 will be stripped of their powers in the course of time and things if their servants (governments and international and national institutions) do not begin to show the same grit that the rulers of the United States showed from 1776 to 1945. In other words, if the principal victors of WW2 do not start to make their servants (governments and international and national institutions), including their global policemen (the United States), start to count on “truth makes right” instead of “might makes right” to reduce dynamism while protecting them, or until it would be possible to establish if this curse suggested in the Quran and all other religious scriptures is true or not, then the victors of WW2 could be digging their own grave.

Evidently, the world will not fall apart if the constant wars that the international order is experiencing give rise to newer families/dynasties starting to play the role of the deputy of God on earth instead of the principal victors of WW2. The only change that such a new development will make in the world is to confirm the truth, which is mentioned in the Quran in the rest of verse 140 of Surah Ali-’Imran about how victory and defeat will always be alternating between people for as long as people refuse to prioritize the truth or admit what Martin Luther King said from Birmingham Jail in 1963: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,” including doing real reform to improve justice instead of just being mindful.

For example, long before the fathers and mothers of the current kings and queens who rule western Europe today got together and applied the boost of knowledge that they gained from the Blacks, Muslims, Arabs, etc. who were dominating them, this transformation did not stop the world from developing but helped the societies that lived in western Europe to change from being barbaric to civilized, as historians suggest. If, in the future, the Chinese, Indians, Blacks, Arabs, Muslims, etc. get together and use the boost of knowledge that they gained from the principal victors of WW2 (i.e., the western European kingdoms and republics) in the past few centuries, the world will not end. Of course, the new wealthy and powerful families who will rise to power will kick those standing European kingdoms and republics out of power and convert them (with their allies) into becoming undeveloped, just as they (the western European kingdoms and republics) left most societies around the world undeveloped till today.

Then again, if the principal victors of WW2 (i.e., the rich and powerful) want to convert the world into becoming a theater where “the parents eat sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge“ [Ezekiel 18:2], then if they continue on focusing on teaching newborns to value wealth, status, and power more than humility, discipline, wisdom, or tolerance, they (the principal victors of WW2) could be digging their grave faster.

Said differently, in one of his sermons, Jesus told his disciples, “Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes or figs from thistles?” [Matthew 7:16] It looks as if the principal victors of WW2 need to draw a red line between them and their servants (governments and international and national institutions) if they do not want to continue to play a critical role in this prevailing political bureaucracy or masquerade, which seems to be angering everyone involved, including propelling events that can lead to their demise, as Julius Caesar led to the demise of the Roman Republic and the rise of the Roman Empire despite his immense popularity and successful military achievements.

Once again, I have no way of knowing how the principal victors of WW2 are planning on diffusing this rise in dynamism that the world is knowing so they do not let it build up to a level that would be very difficult for their heirs to dissipate or resolve. For example, Julius Caesar did not think that his fellow senators with whom he shaped Roman policy and government would plot and assassinate him. What I do know is that if the principal victors of WW2 do not want to be defeated and humiliated, they need to be able to control two parameters in the future. The first is to stop people around the world from using the boost in knowledge they would be gaining from overtaking them. The second is that they need to make sure that the servants (governments and international institutions) on whom they would be depending to keep their dominant role do not betray them as Judas betrayed Jesus for a few silvers.

As far as the first parameter is concerned, this task is not something that would be very difficult for the principal victors of WW2 to handle or do, specifically, because of the continuous existence of a large stock of people who are always ready to betray their rulers or the people who are better placed socially and financially than them to take over their place. That is to say, the same processes that people (societies, nations, and kingdoms) have relied on to resolve the race to possess or to deny each other access to nuclear weapons (or tools) would be employed to resolve the race to possess AI. Besides, all the tools (computers, servers, and satellites) that people depend on to dominate each other are physical. Said differently, there is a big difference between the destruction that a detonated nuclear bomb creates and the facilities required to produce a nuclear bomb. It is possible to hide a nuclear bomb, but it is not possible to hide the facilities that are needed to produce a nuclear bomb. This means that it is possible for the principal victors of WW2 to dismantle the code that governs the algorithms that their adversaries would be depending on to strip them of their power, thus avoiding, in so doing, their adversaries taking preemptive actions that can have horrifying consequences on them (the principal victors of WW2) due to the speed at which AI is transmitting information or knowledge to both. All that the principal victors of WW2 need to do to maintain control is to direct their global policemen (the United States) to prevent their adversaries from building facilities that would house the AI codes (the machines, satellites, towers, lines, and complexes), just as the United States (the global policemen) is preventing Iran from finishing the processes its scientists still need to produce nuclear weapons, or the principal victors of WW2 are doing to prevent China from annexing Taiwan by having their global policemen on alert in the South China Sea all the time (i.e., till the principal victors of WW2 finish with building the AI facilities that are located in Taiwan elsewhere). Alternatively, the principal victors of WW2 can drop bombs on the machines that hold the codes (i.e., the buildings that house the machines) or the national electrical system, just as happens whenever nations sabotage or attack the basic infrastructures (bridges, power plants, dams, factories, airports, ports, etc.) of each other in periods of peace and during periods of wars. For example, when one nation drops bombs on the national electrical system of another nation, the human progress of the nation that was attacked stops. For example, human progress in Lebanon stopped after Israel attacked the national electrical system in 1996, and the victors of WW2 did not raise a finger since this date to help the Lebanese to recover. The recovery of any vanquished society depends on the will of the fittest (individuals, businesses, societies, nations, or kingdoms), as happened in the aftermath of WW2 with the recovery of Germany or Japan.

In my opinion, the threat of the second parameter suggested is what would be very difficult for the principal victors of WW2 to prevent in the future from harming them if people around the world continue to distrust them and their servants (governments and international institutions) continue to regard themselves as exempt from observing the laws (standards, norms, and rules) that they preach.

Put differently, once the principal victors of WW2 finish emptying all the buildings of real humans so machines (algorithms) become its new tenants, it would be necessary that neither those machines nor the real humans who would be operating those machines (i.e., governments and international institutions) outsmart their masters (the principal victors of WW2). This will put the principal victors of WW2 back in the same situation they are in now.

I do not think that algorithms can become like real humans capable of thinking on their own and addressing all kinds of questions and situations in the near future. Therefore, the probability of algorithms outsmarting their creators in the same way real algorithms (i.e., real people) are capable of doing is, in my opinion, low. Actually, if scientists arrive at creating algorithms that know how to learn, memorize, and transfer experience from one setting to the next like humans are capable of doing, then those scientists and their masters deserve to rule the world indefinitely. This is because they would be the new gods.

In the meantime, we can say that if the principal victors of WW2 do not want the boost in knowledge that their adversaries are gaining from overtaking them, they need to keep the international order dynamic as it has been since 1945 until they finish transferring to AI the processes that people depend on to create ordered relations or create a new reset (i.e., engulf the world in a new global war) to reduce desires.

I do not know which of the two options the principal victors of WW2 will choose to continue achieving their goals despite future resistance from others. What I do know is that even if the principal victors of WW2 choose to engulf the world in a new global war and reduce the world population and progress to the level that existed during the Roman Empire or 2000 years ago (or even when Adam and Eve lived), it may not be possible for them to prevent their collapse. This is because the families/dynasties who controlled the Roman Empire 2000 years ago failed to prevent their collapse after they emptied their forts of their own soldiers and invited the people who were relying on the ideas of Jesus to protect them. In fact, if the principal victors of WW2 reduced the world population and progress to the level that existed when Adam and Eve lived, there is a good chance they would not be able to prevent their collapse if they continue to let governments and international institutions whisper to people around the world about how they are reducing fear and want while regarding themselves exempt, as the United Nations System is doing, from observing the work set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or religious scriptures. [Genesis 3:1-7; Surah An-Nas 114:1-6]

Likewise, I do not know if the principal victors of WW2 will keep the international dynamic until they finish transferring to AI the processes that people depend on to create ordered relations, if such a path would prevent their collapse as well. This is because having algorithms (machines) that are dangerous but have no feelings and algorithms (real people) that are harmless but have feelings protecting them will continue to make the ideas (freedom, human rights, and social justice) that they depend on to make people be ready to stay together with them a commodity that people will be buying and selling just as happens in the market. In other words, this type of realism will lead to a zero-sum game.

In fact, I strongly believe that the chaotic political order that exists in Lebanon today is a small-scale representation of how the international order is ordered at the macro scale. Only two solutions could help diffuse the security dilemma that exists in Lebanon. The first is if the families/dynasties who control Lebanon stop delaying engulfing this country in a new civil war to create a new balance. The second is if the United Nations and the rest of the international community stop dazing the Lebanese or confusing them to take advantage of their ignorance. That is to say, if the principal victors of WW2 do not call back their “human development flies“ (embassies, internal and national institutions such as the UN System, NGOs, charities, NATO, the EU, the Arab League, the Chinese League, the Jewish League, the Christian League, etc.) to their bases and cut their wings (or attach them to standing governments) to stop them from spreading misinformation about ending poverty, crime, pollution, etc. in 2030 or 2100, including leaving the responsibility of political, economic, and social solutions to governments, it would not be possible to quantify the problem and create ordered relations afterwards if change is constant.

In conclusion, hence, we cannot expect algorithms (machines) to break away from the Bretton Woods Agreement to form their own currency anytime soon as some UN member states are threatening to do in recent years; nor can we expect algorithms (machines) to demand that sovereign nations reverse decisions that prohibit women from working for international organizations because they were discriminatory and breached international human rights law as some heads of international organizations are calling for in recent news. We can say that the biggest threat that would be confronting the principal victors of WW2 in the near future will be the threat that real algorithms (real people) pose to the maintenance of their strength and stability principally. That is to say, the biggest threat will be coming from the societies that the principal victors of WW2 freed and, to a greater degree, from the international institutions such as the UN system, etc., whom the principal victors of WW2 sent to teach those societies to stop coping unless the principal victors of WW2 share with them outcomes on equal rights instead of obeying the principal victors of WW2. This is because those international legal entities are thirsty for power (displacing governments to take their place) and, above all, are a type of “algorithm” (i.e., the staff) who are good at adapting and good at applying what they have learned in some environments in newer environments, as this work has shown.

Finally, the rivalry to control the international order is not a game of chess, which can end after a few moves, but this game can sometimes take centuries. In addition, as in any action game, there are levels in which the player must battle and win. The first battle that the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics fought and won was the dissolution of the Soviet Union (i.e., not the communist/socialist idea but the resizing of the families/dynasties that were controlling the Soviet Union). I strongly believe that since the 1990s, the battle to dissolve the United States has started (i.e., not the country but the idea of freedom). Therefore, we have to allow time to time to find out if at the end of all the levels, it would be the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics who would still be laughing last or if their new servants (societies that they freed and international institutions such as the UN, etc.) would be doing it. That is to say, if the families/dynasties who control the western European kingdoms and republics were leading the democratic institutions, people would respect their constitutions and laws, or if their heirs were trampled on by their servants in the same way servants in France trampled on their masters (king and rich) during the French Revolution!
