The goal of the Center of Modernity Planning and Assessment is to share a way of thinking about the United States, the Republicanism and the Liberal ideology (the liberal interventionism and self-determination philosophy) that discredit opinions intended to put into question the sincerity of the United States in improving morality or human rights. Most importantly, the practicality of those afore-mentioned philosophies as a tool to structure on their principle human relations and maintain world peace.

We live in a world that has always been characterized by dramatic political, social, and economic changes that inflation, warfare, and religious and political factionalism motivated. These changes always resulted in the political system shifting from an expansionist system, to patrimonial, to bureaucratic, etc. depending on the ideology that the faction who was in power perceived is useful to solidify its power and improve justice (the rule of law).

Only one political reset (transformation) occurred in the world on the aftermath of WW2. Mankind switched from continuing with adopting the patrimonial system that was in place till the date when WW2 erupted in order to let a more bureacuratic system support the political order. However, instead of the victors of WW2 (not the United States government, British government, etc., but rather the families/dynasties who control the international order and the money supply of the world) staying faithful to the work program that the founding fathers of the UN proposed and counselled them to not deviate away from its principles to continue to solidify their power and ensure lasting peace, they decided to veer off track and to create a new totally different bureaucracy. The new bureacucracy they created possesses all the capacity to be a centre of global governance except it is missing the legal personhood to play such role.

Indeed, the decision of UN member states (1) to extend and expand the activities of the United Nations so this international intergovernmental organization becomes an economic operator, and (2) to delegate to its numerous subsidiary organs tasks that has to do with interfering in how each UN member state determine political, social, economic or cultural status, which are two functions that the founding fathers of the UN did not counsel be delegated to this formal organization, resulted in tremendous progress in human development.

However, because the international organization named United Nations is an economic legal entity whose staffs preach good in UN member states while granted immunities and privileges, i.e., not only they are false teachers because they are pursuing the realization of their full personality at the same time, but they are also doing it without being obliged to seek or receive instructions from any government or from any other authority external to the organization, the world is becoming hospitable at the expense of weakening peace and security, and most importantly, weakening the role of governments. Thus, paradoxically, mankind could be in the midst of an ongoing social revolution to determine if non-state actors and international institutions would get in control of violence-wielding apparatus (the role of government) or the actual actors who are doing it already will be able to continue to control violence for their own benefit.

In the meantime, it would be absurd to put into question the sincerity that was declared in 1941 by the United States (and Great Britain) to engineer a solution for mankind that would make every member of the human family live free from fear and want. In other words, it would be irrational to suppose that the United States is plotting against the liberal interventionism and self-determination philosophy providing democracy and human rights (and law and order), because if the world goes back to letting states determine rights, this country, Great Britain and all the rich nations would be the biggest losers. Likewise, if the United States, Great Britain, and all the rich nations lets non-state actors and international institutions get in control of violence-wielding apparatus (the role of government), they would also be the nations that are going to be the biggest losers.

The international organization named United Nations is the biggest benefactor if the aspirations of the United States (the custodian of the idea of freedom) fail. The intergovernmental organization named United Nations is spreading good in the social order with staffs who did not leave mainstream society to dedicate their life to serving all other human beings, but are doing it while working to realize the full development of their personality. In other words, the UN agents are plundering, raping, denying people right, back stabbing people, and relying on UN courts to avoid justice just as the church was doing after the collapse of the Roman Empire.

The Center of Modernity Planning and Assessment is working to share with the government of the United States (in its role as the global policemen of the world on behalf of the families/dynasties who won WW2) perceptions on why all the different UN organizations that were created post 1945 need to pause from maintaining any relationship with this global council to stop the bias of its staffs from continuing to interfere in the maintenance of the stability of the international order. This is required to make progress toward attaining the ends set forth in the UN Charter, and also avoid their own reversal to a simpler form.

The Center is also working to share with the government of the United States (in its role as the global policemen of the world) perceptions on why rich countries, private institutions, or philanthropists need to pause from financing in-country international technical assistance and to place all resources destined to help the poor or to improve the built environment in the bank account of the World Bank / IMF so those two institutions explore regulatory systems or structures, constraints and possibilities to improve the control and communication between UN member states, and not as per how the case is like now, whereby any person who feels generous can interfere in the political status of any nation.
